We are actively working to expand our international shipping network, and additional worldwide destinations will be added in the near future.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are carefully processed and prepared for dispatch within:
1–2 working days
Orders placed before 7:00 PM (UK time) will typically be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next available working day.
3. SHIPPING COSTS (UK)

We ship to selected European countries using trusted international courier services.

All European shipments are sent using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, meaning:

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are currently expanding our logistics network to support additional international destinations beyond the UK and Europe.

Tracking updates are managed by the assigned courier and may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:

9. LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

Lost parcels
If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier:

We will issue a replacement depending on stock availability and if not available, a full refund

10. INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is correct at checkout.
We cannot guarantee changes to addresses once an order has been placed. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.
11. FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us:
